The Shetland sheepdog or Sheltie dog breed is known for its outstanding companion dog characteristics, and delightful temperament. The Sheltie is known to be very gentle, loyal and, dainty. The Shetland sheepdog is one of the most intelligent and trainable dog breeds out there. A Shetland sheepdog puppy is very willing to please and obey.
