The Lhasa Apso dog breed is a little breed with a hardy temperament. The Lhasa Apso is a friendly, super smart dog. These cute little dogs are full of life, and make wonderful house pets. They are cautious with strangers but love everyone. The Lhasa Apso dog breed has a long coat that drapes over the entire body to the floor. This shaggy little dog is just adorable! The coat of the Lhasa Apso comes in gold coloring, cream coloring, and honey coloring. These colors are the most popular. There are also coat colorings of smoke, dark-grizzle, slate and a multi-colored brown, white and black Lhasas. Sometimes the Lhasas coat can change colors as it grows up from a puppy to the adult stages. Lhasa Apso puppies are full of life and very devoted to their new owners and family members. These little dogs love to spend time with their owners, but can have a tough time being around children or kids that are badly behaved. Lhasa Apso pups respond to consistent motivational training, and often needs a dominant owner.
