The Yorkiepoo or Yorkiedoodle is not a purebred dog. It is a cross between the Yorkshire terrier and the Poodle. This mix breed is very well known in America and is becoming one of the most popular dog breeds. Yorkipoos are known to be hypoallergenic and non-shedding. This is because both the yorki and the poodle have hair not fur. The Yorki-poo is known to have great stamina like the Yorkshire terrier but is not hyperactive because of the poodle characteristics. They are a very study little mix breed. They are also known to be calmer and not yappy or barky like most other little tiny dog breeds. They are also known to be very smart and learn very quickly. They love to cuddle and play! Yorki-poos can be a good watchdog though since they have been known to bark and warn you when something new approaches. They are super friendly though and love all creatures. They are easy to take with you everywhere you go and will average around 5-8lbs. They love to be your friend and go with you on your daily journeys. Yorkipoos need constant training from the start and are wonderful companions to children.
