Just wanted to drop you a quick note to say hi and let you know, again, how happy we are with our new baby girl! We have decided to name her Roxy, not Sofie. Roxy is much more fitting! She goes after earrings, necklaces, and rings! She is just a little lover! My vet was on vacation for a few days and I really wanted him to see her, so I waited for him to return. His mother used to breed Yorkies and the first thing he said was "she's a beauty!" The first few days she just stayed at my feet, but now she is all over the place! My male, Cash Money, finally starting to accept her! He tried to just keep his distance, however she has really made it her goal to be loved by all! And she's done it! She is so perfect! Just a doll. We love her completely! Thank you from the bottom of my heart for an exceptional experience all around!

We are so happy, you don't have any idea. Obviously, is the puppy. Ulysse (previously Little Puff) is going all around the house already and plays with toys with a lot of energy. Cooper loved his first day in the Bahamas, although a little scared at the beginning, he warmed up quickly and soon enough was swimming in the water. He is so funny, before he starts to swim he sort takes a running gallop into the water. He is absolutely amazing and is loved by so many of our workers. Molly is the queen of our castle. Even my husband is wrapped around her little paw. At the first peep, he is out of his seat to see what she needs. She has taken to the paper training very well. She was not so sure about the crate, but we put a little radio in the room with her and play it at night, just like you suggested. It has worked wonders! We are still getting up with her once during the night to take her to the wee wee pad. We expect that to end once she puts on a few more ounces. Thank you so much!!

Just wanted to update you on Hilton (now named Tazer) arrived home safe and sound. His kennel was not soiled at all when we picked him up at the airport. He was a little nervous, but I held him all the way home and by the time we got home, he was more calm. He is adorable and I am in LOVE! He was on my heels the entire evening. He had a nice warm bath which he took to really well, ate really good (he was hungry!), had play time, and within an hour he was playing fetch and bringing me his ball. He loves his toys and especially little apple treats! He is SO smart! Tazer acts like he has been here for years and just struts around the house like he owns it!! We got the puppy late, at about 5:30pm. I am not sure who was the most anxious one.... Penelope (AKA Lacy) or myself. She arrived with no problem, and the vet confirmed on Saturday that she is fine. Now, I have to deal with two "dominant" dogs, as my little Penelope has a lot of character, as does Ulysse. I love the difference of colors and personality, and the fact they are both very playful. You really have taken good care of us, as customers (twice), and not only do I appreciate it, but moreover I shall recommend you to my friends.

Eats readily, and loves to play and while in the yard; her running is like a rubber ball bouncing along. I just wanted to let you know that I love my new puppy. I’ve named her Jazmine and I call her Jazzy. She is just as sweet as she looks. She was great in the 6 hour car drive. She also makes herself right at home, I stopped at my parents house and their dog (3 yr Shih Tzu) was eating and there was some chicken mixed in with her dog food and Jazmine snuck in and grabbed a piece of chicken!! I have 2 stairs going from the living room to the kitchen and she flies up and down them. She slept on my bed all night. She is a wonderful dog with a great personality. I took her to the vet today and everything was good. Tomorrow she goes to the beauty parlor, that should be interesting. I just wanted to let you know how happy I am that I found her!!

I am just writing to tell you what joy Dakota has brought to this family. My son was deadly afraid of dogs till Dakota, but from the time we brought Dakota home from the airport he was in love with this 3 1/2 month old puppy. Just thought I'd let you know that Winnie, our new "Peanut"—yep that's what we called her—she is just sooooo tiny and cute!!! Did FANTASTIC on her first day!! She ate like a champ and played all day with her new friends without one nap whew we!! I'm very tired today. She is ADORABLE and so precious. By the way, what a TOP NOTCH shipping procedure you guys do. I was VERY impressed!!! A 20 out of 10 in my book, truly great. Thank you so much for all your patience, help, and guidance. You were truly wonderful to work with.
